Key Responsibilities

Carry out kitchen hand and cooking duties according to your experience, including ingredient preparation and food prep support
Prepare and serve coffee and café beverages, delivering professional and welcoming customer service
Assist with daily café and front-of-house operations and support bar operations when required
Move flexibly between service and kitchen tasks as operational needs change
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Comply with food safety and workplace requirements
Perform efficiently during busy service periods and communicate effectively with team members
Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them reliably

Requirements & Eligibility

Demonstrated hands-on experience in the hospitality industry, which must be capable of being verified
Strong barista and café service skills, supported by strong customer service and communication abilities
Practical kitchen hand or cook experience and the ability to work confidently across different hospitality areas
Prior bar service experience is an advantage
Proven reliability and punctuality
A self-motivated approach and the capacity to work independently
A positive, cooperative attitude within a team and the ability to perform under pressure in busy periods
Willingness to work flexible hospitality hours, including weekends
