Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of an established book of business clients
  • Develop lasting relationships of trust with business owners
  • Deliver hands-on business advisory services
  • Frame guidance around commercial realities
  • Analyse clients' financial information
  • Hold performance discussions with clients
  • Highlight opportunities, risks and potential business improvements
  • Contribute to business planning and strategic decisions
  • Help clients manage cash flow and build financial forecasts
  • Advise on taxation and accounting questions
  • Supervise accounting and taxation compliance

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Minimum 3–5 years of public practice accounting experience
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • A track record of managing and advising business clients
  • Strong capability in business advisory and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Confidence engaging directly with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Sound knowledge of accounting and taxation compliance requirements
  • A professional background and qualifications that can be verified for employer consideration
  • Australian work experience will be highly regarded, and eligible candidates with the right experience and verified credentials may be considered for sponsorship
