Key Responsibilities
- Maintain quality control throughout every stage of food production
- Deliver high-quality food preparation and service in a professional kitchen environment
- Execute dishes with advanced culinary techniques, keeping consistency and presentation on standard
- Support day-to-day kitchen operations covering preparation, service and kitchen coordination
- Collaborate with chefs and hospitality colleagues for smooth service delivery, contributing to a positive and efficient team culture
- Apply in-depth knowledge of food handling, preparation methods and kitchen procedures
- Comply with workplace health, safety and food hygiene requirements
- Prioritise multiple tasks effectively during high-volume service periods
- Continue advancing your culinary knowledge and professional kitchen skills
Requirements & Eligibility
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation and service standards
- Qualified Chef holding recognised culinary qualifications, with relevant industry experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or comparable professional kitchen
- Capacity to demonstrate genuine hands-on cooking skills and industry capability
- Prior experience within a structured hospitality environment
- Able to supply a verified employment background and professional references
- Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to high standards of food quality and customer experience
