Key Responsibilities

Contribute ideas that raise food quality and improve kitchen performance
Deliver high-quality food across a variety of kitchen sections
Step up to take ownership of assigned sections when required
Prepare ingredients and manage stock to appropriate levels
Ensure every dish meets required quality and presentation standards
Work within established kitchen systems, recipes and service procedures
Uphold food safety and hygiene requirements at all times
Perform efficiently during peak service and support well-coordinated kitchen operations
Collaborate and communicate with fellow Chefs and restaurant staff
Support the training and development of junior team members

Requirements & Eligibility

Previous commercial cookery experience is preferred; relevant qualifications are desirable depending on position level
Roles suit apprentices, junior Chefs, qualified Chefs and senior Chefs
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and food safety and hygiene procedures
Commitment to high standards in food quality and presentation
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to collaborate effectively in a professional team
Leadership skills are preferred for experienced and senior-level applicants
