Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pasta dishes to a consistent, professional standard

Requirements & Eligibility

Demonstrated professional experience as a Chef de Partie or in a comparable position
Strong practical experience preparing and serving pasta
Capability to manage a busy kitchen section independently
Verifiable practical skills and employment history
Strong understanding of professional kitchen operations and the ability to sustain consistent standards during busy service
