The company has ongoing full-time projects across New South Wales spanning interior fit-outs, doors, flooring, decking and general commercial carpentry.

Selection centres on demonstrable skill. You will need genuine hands-on experience and the ability to deliver commercial carpentry work confidently. Tradespeople with a strong, verifiable background gain access to consistent work, above-award rates and excellent working conditions.

Skilled carpenters from India and other countries with verified experience and the required skills may be suitable for sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

Install commercial doors along with their associated fittings
Undertake commercial carpentry across a pipeline of ongoing construction projects
Deliver interior fit-outs, including skirting and architrave installation
Install decking and flooring to suit project requirements
Carry out general carpentry and finishing tasks
Measure, cut, assemble and install timber and associated materials with precision
Interpret and work to plans, measurements and job specifications
Apply carpentry tools and equipment safely and effectively
Achieve consistent workmanship with close attention to detail
Uphold site safety and workplace compliance
Collaborate with other trades and site personnel, and travel between project sites across New South Wales as required

Requirements & Eligibility

Demonstrated experience across commercial carpentry or related construction work
At least 3 years of practical carpentry experience
Genuine trade or employment experience that can be verified, and the capacity to demonstrate practical carpentry skills
A set of your own tools suited to general carpentry work
Dependable personal transport and willingness to travel between sites
A current White Card
An understanding of Australian construction practices and industry standards is desirable
Must hold Australian work rights or satisfy sponsorship requirements
Sponsorship is available to suitable overseas candidates with verified experience and the required skills
