A well-established manufacturing business is adding a skilled Qualified Cabinet Maker to its permanent production team. You will work across custom cabinetry and joinery projects for residential and commercial clients, converting detailed designs into accurately manufactured finished products.

Tradespeople from India and elsewhere who can demonstrate solid cabinet making experience, interpret technical drawings and work confidently with modern manufacturing equipment are well suited to the role.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver custom cabinetry and joinery to project specifications, including kitchens, laundries, wardrobes and bespoke pieces
Translate technical drawings, plans and production documentation into accurately measured and prepared materials
Operate CNC routers and automated woodworking machinery alongside panel saws, beam saws and edge banding equipment
Assemble cabinetry and joinery components to a high degree of precision
Conduct quality checks at each stage of production, ensuring finished products meet quality and presentation standards
Diagnose manufacturing issues and implement appropriate adjustments
Support on-site installation as required
Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in suitable condition and adhere to workplace health and safety requirements
Collaborate with production and installation teams
Complete assigned work efficiently while upholding quality

Requirements & Eligibility

A relevant trade qualification in Cabinet Making, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in cabinet making
Demonstrated capability in producing custom cabinetry within residential and/or commercial joinery manufacturing
Practical experience in the operation of CNC machinery
Proficiency in reading technical drawings, supported by strong knowledge of cabinet construction and manufacturing processes
A high level of precision and attention to detail, with a consistent standard of quality workmanship
A reliable, responsible and professional approach, with the ability to contribute effectively within a team
Experience with premium residential or commercial joinery is advantageous
