Key Responsibilities
- Deliver repairs and general maintenance to building interiors and exteriors
- Combine minor maintenance with assistance on large-scale construction projects
- Identify, document and report defects needing attention
- Resolve tenant requests promptly and professionally
- Execute planned preventative maintenance and support improvement works
- Contribute to practical, lasting maintenance solutions
- Maintain tidy, safe work areas and high standards of workmanship, and assist with oversight of external trades as required
Requirements & Eligibility
- Practical experience in building maintenance, general repairs or a relevant trade
- Pride in workmanship and strong attention to detail
- Confidence with tools and a practical approach to solving maintenance problems
- Dependable and proactive, effective both independently and in a team
- Professional presentation and clear communication with tenants, colleagues and contractors
- Willingness to develop new skills and take on varied tasks
- A stable employment history, a wish for a long-term opportunity, and availability for a rotating roster that includes Saturdays
