Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional front-of-house service, from welcoming guests to staying attentive throughout their visit
Capture orders for food and beverages accurately and handle menu and service enquiries
Prepare and serve drinks to venue procedures
Work across bar, dining and function service as required, collaborating with kitchen, bar and front-of-house colleagues
Help sustain efficient service at busy times
Ensure the service area stays clean, organised and presentable
Comply with RSA, workplace safety and responsible service procedures

Requirements & Eligibility

Proven communication and customer service capability, with a confident, professional manner around guests
Current RSA certificate
Demonstrated experience in hospitality or front-of-house roles is preferred
Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
Ability to evidence genuine hospitality skills and relevant experience
