For a barber focused on progression, this Sydney opening sits inside a business that is still expanding. The company runs three shops, roughly 15 minutes apart, with a chair open at each and more locations planned, so the role belongs to a growing operation rather than a single room.
Each shop brings different work, with high-volume walk-in cutting at a shop near a station, long-term client relationships with loyal regulars at a beachside shop, and an inner-city room. Trading runs seven days, and rosters range from a few days a week to seven, on a full-time or part-time basis.
The team is multinational, books are full from the first day, and selection is through a paid half-day trial with a same-day outcome. Working holiday visa holders are welcome, and visa sponsorship is available for one barber per shop.
