Key Responsibilities

Barbering services: deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, styling, shaves and beard grooming, assessing client requirements and recommending suitable styling and grooming
Quality: maintain consistent standards of workmanship across every service
Client experience: create a professional, welcoming experience and develop strong relationships with new and returning customers
Hygiene and safety: maintain a clean, hygienic, well-organised workstation, use tools and equipment correctly and safely, and follow workplace health, safety and hygiene requirements
Professionalism: present a professional appearance and attitude
Team culture: collaborate with the wider barbering team and contribute to a positive, customer-focused workplace

Requirements & Eligibility

Documents: a valid passport and a current, detailed resume/CV
Qualification and capability: a relevant certificate of barbering qualification, plus practical barbering capability you can demonstrate
Experience: at least 2 years of relevant professional barbering experience
Evidence: employment history backed by verifiable proof such as employment letters, contracts or payslips, with identity and employment documentation that is genuine and verifiable
English: English language ability with a minimum score of 5
Employment: capable of meeting what full-time employment in Western Australia requires
