Key Responsibilities

Develop leadership capability and accept greater responsibility when appropriate
Engage in training, coaching and professional skills development
Apply emerging barbering techniques and industry trends in everyday services
Deliver men's haircuts, skin fades, taper fades, beard trims, styling and grooming
Uphold consistent quality and accurate professional standards across all barbering services
Evaluate individual client needs and advise on suitable styles
Ensure every client enjoys a welcoming, professional experience
Strengthen client relationships by providing dependable service
Ready, clean and maintain all tools, equipment and the work area
Comply with workplace hygiene, health and safety requirements while keeping personal presentation to a high standard
Collaborate with fellow barbers and assist the broader team
Progress towards the agreed service and performance targets
Propose ideas and back initiatives that enhance the client experience
Help sustain a positive, respectful and high-performing workplace

Requirements & Eligibility

Professional barbering background of a minimum 3 years, including hands-on commercial barbershop experience you can demonstrate
Advanced technical capability in men's haircuts, fades, styling and beard grooming, plus a strong understanding of professional barbering standards and client service
Genuine, verifiable barbering experience, substantiated by a relevant employment history
Good communication and interpersonal skills, professional presentation and attention to detail
A positive, team-committed attitude and a reliable, responsible work ethic
Willingness to pursue ongoing training and skills development
Capacity to adapt to varying client preferences and current barbering trends
Clear ambition to progress within the barbering industry
