Key Responsibilities

Hold client consultations to establish preferred styles and specific requirements
Provide high-quality haircuts, styling and grooming services
Execute fades, tapers, classic cuts and contemporary barbering styles
Deliver beard trimming, shaping and grooming
Operate professional barbering tools and equipment safely and effectively
Apply precision, consistency and attention to detail in each service
Offer a welcoming, professional customer experience
Maintain clean, sanitised and organised workstations, along with clean, well-maintained tools and equipment
Stay current with evolving barbering styles, techniques and customer preferences
Manage client services efficiently in a high-volume barber shop
Uphold workplace hygiene, safety and professional standards while collaborating with the wider barbering team

Requirements & Eligibility

Demonstrated hands-on experience in a professional barbering environment
Proven professional experience as a Barber
In-depth practical knowledge of men's grooming and barbering
Capability across a broad range of modern and traditional barbering services
A strong eye for detail and genuine commitment to quality
Good client service and communication skills
Professional appearance combined with a positive attitude
A reliable, responsible approach to work
Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced setting
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Availability for full-time and part-time work, with immediate availability advantageous
