The employer is recruiting experienced Barbers able to demonstrate genuine hands-on ability, strong client service and consistently professional standards. Each applicant's experience is weighed on capability, reliability and professional fit.

Engagement can be full-time, part-time or casual, with competitive remuneration of approximately $38–$65 per hour depending on experience. Eligible candidates who relocate may also qualify for a relocation incentive of up to $2,500, subject to applicable conditions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop long-term client loyalty through positive relationships
Produce professional haircuts, fades and modern barbering work, using sound technique to achieve precise, repeatable results
Carry out beard shaping, trimming and grooming
Consult with clients on their preferences, propose styles that suit them and make each visit feel welcoming and professional
Hold yourself to high benchmarks for precision, presentation and workmanship
Sanitise and look after workstations and tools, in line with workplace health, safety and hygiene procedures
Run the appointment book and deliver services without delays
Track emerging barbering techniques, styles and trends
Collaborate with colleagues and help build a positive, professional shop culture
Demonstrate dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

Requirements & Eligibility

Relevant barbering qualification or demonstrable industry experience, and the capacity to verify qualifications, experience and trade capability
Proven track record working professionally as a Barber
Strong practical capability in fading and cutting, together with demonstrated beard styling and grooming experience
Delivers high-quality barbering outcomes on a consistent basis
Strong communication and customer service, matched by professional presentation and attitude
Excellent attention to detail; dependable, motivated and dedicated to quality
Comfortable working confidently on your own as well as alongside a team
Australian work rights or eligibility to obtain an appropriate work visa

Sponsorship on offer for a candidate who is suitably experienced and qualified
Prepared to relocate to Queensland where required
