Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation of non-alcoholic beverages and pairing experiences
Design seasonal drink concepts built around fresh fruit, herbs and botanicals
Experiment with ingredients, flavours and presentation to deliver distinctive offerings
Oversee day-to-day bar operations
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation and service, delivering a consistently high standard of guest service
Maintain a clean, organised and professionally presented bar and service area
Partner with the wider hospitality team
Develop expertise in fresh produce, seasonal ingredients and the environment they are grown in, applying it to enrich the guest experience
Contribute fresh thinking to the beverage program's ongoing development
Uphold workplace hygiene, safety and operational standards

Requirements & Eligibility

At least 1 year of experience in bar management or a comparable hospitality role, supported by a genuine and verifiable employment record
Demonstrated capability in creating cocktails, mocktails or innovative beverages, underpinned by a creative approach to beverage development
Strong customer service and communication skills, with professional presentation and a positive attitude
Capacity to provide evidence of employment history, skills and qualifications where required, and willingness to complete identity and employment verification processes
Genuine interest in fresh, seasonal, produce-focused hospitality
Ability to work in New South Wales
