You will cover servicing, diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance, applying modern diagnostic technology and manufacturer-specific information to achieve dependable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Performing servicing, diagnostics and repairs on European vehicles
- Investigating complex mechanical and electrical faults, and diagnosing electrical and electronic systems with specialised scan tools and computerised diagnostic equipment
- Interpreting fault codes, wiring diagrams, technical manuals and manufacturer specifications
- Repairing and maintaining engines, transmissions, braking, steering and suspension systems
- Dismantling, inspecting and assessing engines, transmissions and other components, and repairing or replacing damaged, worn or defective parts
- Completing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Carrying out oil, filter and fluid changes, brake servicing, engine tune-ups, general mechanical repairs and other routine servicing
- Reassembling vehicle systems and components after repairs
- Testing repaired systems and components for safe, correct operation, followed by road tests and final quality inspections
- Maintaining accurate records of servicing, repair and diagnostic work
- Adhering to workshop safety procedures and sustaining high workmanship standards
Requirements & Eligibility
- Recognised automotive trade qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Motor Mechanic
- Demonstrated hands-on experience on European vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability across mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency with computerised automotive diagnostic equipment and scan tools
- Capacity to work independently while confidently diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults
- Highly regarded: European vehicle experience with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Volvo, Land Rover, Range Rover or similar brands
- Ability to understand technical documentation, wiring diagrams and manufacturer procedures, supported by good English communication skills
- Current driver's licence and a commitment to full-time employment in South Australia
- Must meet applicable requirements for employer-sponsored visa consideration
