Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, efficient erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding
- Conduct scaffold inspections and complete the mandated checklists
- Contribute to scaffold work planning and preparation
- Maintain precise job documentation

- Work safely on every assignment
- Uphold high quality standards on each structure
Requirements & Eligibility
- A minimum of 3 years' professional experience as an Advanced Scaffolder
- Demonstrated hands-on experience, beyond a recently obtained Advanced Scaffolding ticket
- Current Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence, plus a Construction White Card
- Thorough understanding of Australian Standards governing scaffolding
- Effective both independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of passing pre-employment medical checks and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Working at Heights (essential)
- Residing in Geraldton, or willing to move or travel to Geraldton for work
- Current National Criminal History Check (essential)
